Sugar
Where do you get your sugar? Why We Elminate It
Most of your sugar intake comes from High Fructose Corn Syrup!

"They", the greed-driven food companies are using American's willingness to believe what they see on TV to lie to us once again.

They are doing this through commercials "talking about" high fructose corn syrup.  "There's nothing wrong with it, it's corn!"  Give me a break, ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

Exactly, it's corn!  Corn that has been genetically modified with the weed killer Round-Up for starters.  Corn that has been changed so much through years of modification that it is mostly starch and little in the way of nutrition.  This mutated non-food is in pretty much all restaurant food and most prepared foods in the grocery.

What's wrong with it?  Well for starters just consider that it has been genetically modified with the DNA of Round Up.  That means "they" take the DNA of Round Up and put it in the DNA of the corn seed.  Have you ever sprayed Round Up on a weed?  It is dead THE NEXT DAY!  Round Up causes the cells of the week, plant, whatever it is sprayed on to literally explode.  That is what your children are eating in their ketchup, cold cereal, cookies, candy, soda pop, ice cream, yogurt, juice, need I say more?  Is it really worth it to give your kids that garbage or to eat it yourself?

High Fructose Corn Syrup is hard on your nervous system!

From the book "Are Your Kids Running On Empty?" Ellen Briggs, Food Consultant & Sally Byrd ND

Corn is an allergen among children
"The origin of corn syrup is corn, they are heavily processed to the point of removing any potential nutrients found in this plant.  High-fructose corn syrup is created by applying high heat during the processing phase which produces a free radical-filled end product.  Consumption can cause notable stress on your children's bodily systems.  By adding so much high-fructose corn syrup, corn syrup and corn sugar derivative sweeteners to so many foods and drinks, food manufacturers have added another negative consequence to food consumption, food allergies.  Research has determined corn to be a common allergy food among children.  It is known to raise havoc in the ciruculatory and nervous systems of the young.  High-fructose corn syrup has proven to be a cheaper source of sweetner than refined sugar.  Dr. Michael Gazsi points out, it is estimated that high-fructose corn syrup accounts for about 52 lbs per person per year of sugar consumption."
What to use instead & More Info
What to use instead:

OK ON DETOX:
Stevia is an herb that does not cause your blood sugar to spike and actually heals your pancreas!
Use Stevia in drinks, get the liquid kind, it lasts longer and tastes better.

Raw Agave Nectar is from the Agave plant, the same one they make Tequila out of!  Use it in place of sugar in drinks and desserts, can be used in muffins and pies but does not do well in cookies and cakes.

NOT ON DETOX:
Raw Honey can be used in baking, drinks and desserts.  If you have allergies in the spring use a local raw clover honey.  If you have allergies in the fall use local wild flower honey.  You can find local raw honey at Local.org

Rapadura is the least refined form of cane sugar USE IT SPARINGLY, less than one time per month!  Can be used like regular sugar but will take a little longer to dissolve in things like cookie batter.
